This home is located right off Artist Road and the Fort Marcy Recreation Complex. The open living room with Kiva wood burning fireplace, dining area, and kitchen counter dining is wonderfully accommodating and comfortable with Saltillo tile, floor to ceiling windows, plus a powder room, and outside door to the small enclosed yard with al fresco dining. Two wood burning fireplaces, a Kiva in the living room, and standard fireplace in the master bedroom simply adds to the ambiance this townhome offers. Professionally decorated including traditional Santa Fe appointments. Both bedrooms are upstairs with the master queen bedroom ensuite bath offering 2 sinks and shower/tub combo, traditional wood burning fireplace, satellite tv, and a door to the rooftop small outdoor deck.. The loft bedroom has a queen bed plus a day bed with satellite television. Thoroughly enjoy the small outdoor spaces throughout the day and evening. Both bedrooms and the living room are air conditioned. There is also a 2 car garage, full Laundry room, and wireless internet. Approximately 1,300 square feet.

  There were 5 ladies sharing the space, which was very comfortable. It is within walking distance to Canyon Road and the Plaza. Perfect location. Beds comfortable. 2 decks, one off of the master bedroom. 2 fireplaces (1 in master). 3 flat screen tvs. 3 bathrooms.Great towels, fresh flowers in vase, upscale toiletries. Be aware that the second bedroom is a LOFT with an open 1/2 wall.
  Cons: only 3 coffee mugs, 5 wine glasses, not enough dishes. The wifi was unreliable & had to be reset many times. No trash bin in 2nd bathroom. No shower curtain in master so 5 have to use the one bathroom with curtain. No chairs on upper deck. No salt & pepper.
  Overall, a great stay, but with 5 of us, you're going to get some feedback.

We have already purchased more mugs, wine glasses, salt and pepper, trash bin, and chairs for the upper deck; however, there is a handheld shower in the master bath. After 3 years of renting this property, we have overall satisfaction of 90%. Century Link is the internet provider. We just replaced the modem prior to your arrival. Even though you had to reset the modem, we are thankful you had internet! We value your feedback and am thankful you were comfortable.

  The location was perfect for our needs! Room for 3 teenagers and 2 adults - very comfortable for 5 people. Short walk to the Plaza, good restaurant, Canyon Rd, shopping. Location is at the the beginning of the road to the ski basin!! Very convenient

  We stayed at this property for two months and would recommend it to anyone. The property description is accurate and although it is in a close neighborhood there is a great deal of privacy. Any minor problems were taken care of immediately by the manager who worked efficiently to fill our needs.
  The location makes it an easy walk to the plaza and all that downtown has to offer. One could go for days without using a car in town while saving the driving for day trips to the beautiful countryside. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Santa Fe.
