  A very beautiful home, clean and well maintained. Plenty of dishes and silverware, cookware, and kitchen knives. There was no coffee. I don’t know if that is supposed to be available to the renter. There were plenty of linens as well.

  Cute little adobe style home in great Railyard district. Comfortable master bedroom w/bathtub only bath with smaller second bedroom & hallway bath w/shower. (Great water pressure in shower, too.) Nice benefit to have reliable Wi-Fi and free TV service with multiple channels. Kitchen was well-equipped w/nice appliances. Cute porch to sit outside and enjoy the fresh air while resting up before the next excursion. If I were to find one thing to say to balance this very positive review, it would be that the lighting could be better/brighter throughout the home for nighttime/early morning hours. The management company was responsive & pleasant when our smoke detector’s battery was low and started beeping. Overall, I would highly recommend this as a Santa Fe stay decision.

  This is a well-located, charming house with recently updated kitchen and baths, while preserving a tranquil feeling of Southwest timelessness. I shared this as a base camp with my son-in-law while visiting the Santo Domingo Corn Dance and Bandelier National Monument and enjoying our evenings on Santa Fe Plaza and surrounding neighborhood. A first class experience all around.

  The house was perfect for our visit. It's very clean, comfortable, and close to the plaza. We used Uber to get around, and it was only a 5-10 minute ride to anywhere we wanted to go. Would definitely stay again!

  The soaking tub would not hold water, Parking was difficult unless you want to back out your car into a busy street, The box springs squeak when ever you roll over, Three of the nights the wind caused the metal flashing on the roof to howl all night, No door on the back bathroom, Disposal broken, Salt and pepper shakers empty, almost a mile walk to the plaza. The unit was very clean with nice linens, good washer/dryer, the back yard was large and secure for our dogs, great assortment of kitchen utensils and a work nice propane grill in the back, lots of hot water from tankless system with good water pressure.

  This is the third review I've completed, a bit of an overkill. All was great except the primary bedroom mattress was very uncomfortable. The interior back door dead bolt sticks badly. Lighting is OK but not great throughout.

  I loved this cozy VRBO located perfectly on Old Santa Fe Trail. We were minutes from everything. Hikes, restaurants, Museum Hill and shopping are only minutes away. The listing comes with a dog run, two parking spots and a separate sitting area that looks like a storage unit. Very comfortable.

  The house was well-equipped and comfortable. The lighting was poor. There were only two lamps throughout the house that were good for reading. The overhead lighting was very dim, even when the bulbs were changed to 60 watts. The location was great, but unless the driveway gets attention (grated and a better slope is created), parking cars is a nightmare. I had to have repairs made to the front-end of my car when I returned to Texas following my 5-week stay due to the terrible pot holes and steep slope to get into the parking area. Otherwise, the house was fine. The team at Santa Fe Rentals were responsive and very polite. There is an extra room in a separate structure, but not sure how it can be used. It is not air conditioned and does not have a bathroom nor a bed for sleeping. I only went inside that room one time. I will highly recommend the property IF the driveway is corrected, but otherwise I cannot recommend the property for long term stays.

  We had a very enjoyable week at the Clementine house. The house has updated bathrooms and kitchen and is well appointed overall, with comfortable beds, and quality linens. We liked the fact that it was walking distance to town. I would have liked the lighting to have been more sufficient, it was a little hard to see in the kitchen and living areas, which can be dark due to the low ceilings of the pueblo style house. Also we had intermittent internet service, which made it tough to work or stream anything. We loved Santa Fe and all it has to offer and will certainly be back!

  The management company was extremely helpful and immediately addressed all isssues we had. The property was in good condition. One of the bathrooms did not have a door and was open to one bedroom, which we did not realize at time of rental. Very good laundry and nice kitchen. It is a good place for short term rental but we stayed 2 months and felt it was not as comfortable for this period. The back yard is not landscaped nor did it have furniture so it is a good place for a dog but lacks character for a place to relax. Primarily for the yard and lack of door on bathroom, I would be careful in recommending this to a friend although many individuals might be ok with this situation.
